The Role

We’re looking for an experienced, resourceful, and daring Head of Creative to join our team. We want someone who knows that AI, powerful as it may be, can’t replace genuine human creativity. That’s where you come in.

Your mission will be to finesse and expand our creative database, adding the human flair needed for Chase to engage authentically across a broad spectrum of industries and verticals. As our Head of Creative, you’ll be key to making Chase relatable, resonant, and ultimately, irreplaceable in the B2B world.

Specifically, we’re looking for:
  • A Creative Veteran: 5+ years in a creative leadership role, adept at working in B2B sales verticals, with a strong portfolio of written copy that resonates.
  • A Strategic Visionary: Proven experience in crafting creative direction for campaigns that align with brand goals and scale effectively.
  • A Storyteller: Exceptional writing skills with an ability to switch tones and styles based on industry and audience needs.
  • A Human-First Innovator: A drive to harness human creativity to enhance AI, bringing an authentic, thoughtful touch to automated communication.
  • A Team Player: Someone who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments, ready to share ideas and embrace feedback to build something great.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the creative direction for all content and copy, ensuring Chase speaks clearly, persuasively, and personally to each unique audience. Initially you’ll need to get your hands dirty, working directly on client copy and GTM strategy.
  • Develop and expand Chase’s creative asset library, building resources that empower our AI to understand and relate to a diverse range of industries.
  • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and sales teams to align our creative output with broader brand and revenue goals.
  • Mentor and inspire our team of writers and designers, fostering a culture of creativity, growth, and high standards.
  • Stay ahead of creative trends in the industry, adapting new ideas and approaches to make ChaseLabs a standout in B2B engagement.
