Will my AI SDR be on our company domain?
Yes! You can create a new account on your workspace for your new AI SDR. Once that's done just connect it to ChaseLabs via Google Auth.
Does it have to be called Chase?
No! Chase is just one of the names of our AI SDRs - you can call yours whatever you like!
How many AI SDRs can I have?
As many as you want. ChaseLabs is designed to scale to the size of your business/sales team. Speak to our friendly team to work out a package that suits you.
What happens if a lead doesn't show up to the meeting?
Just let us know and we'll try to reschedule on your behalf, if that's not possible we'll refund the meeting cost.
How does billing work?
Clients are invoiced at the end of each month based on the number of meetings booked. If a client would prefer a standard subscription or credit method - we can arrange that.
What happens if the lead is low quality?
We'll work with you to ensure that the leads are what you expect. But if for whatever reason that doesn't happen, just let us know and we will resolve it.
